I’ve been with my current team for almost three years. I’d be celebrating my 3rd year with the organization on July 24th and with my current project on July 26th. Three years… It has been a fruitful stay, I’ve learned and still learning. We’ve been through countless challenges and wouldn’t mind burning midnight oil just to get our deliverables done. We’ve earned recognition and have celebrated as hard as we worked. I’ve witnessed friendships developed and some even ended up to exchanging of vows. My role and tasks for the team have changed over the years. As time passes, I’ve noticed that there were less individual tasks and more of coordination with different teams. It was hard but it helps to know that there are people who provide support.
Why am I writing about this? I don’t know… I just happen to notice the stapler which was already there when I got deployed to the project.
