Today was another good day. I woke up fairly early. Had breakfast. Went to the bank to pay the equity for my “place-to-be”. Deposited some money for my savings. Bought some shirt. I had my hair cut today, finally. Had lunch with my dad, his sister (who I love dearly) and my brother. We ate at Burgoo’s because I was so craving for Buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks. Yum! We also had seafood jambalaya which I always enjoy eating. We had a good laugh and little catching up on each other. After lunch, we visited the site where the condominium is currently being built. They thought it was nice and I’m happy they liked it… J

Friday, January 30, 2009. This was the day our delivery center was waiting for (well, at least those projects in MSE). Level 5! Woohoo!!! We deserved it. It was a sweet achievement. I immediately sent sms to my bro and my teammates about the good news. Cheers! CMMi Level 5! Yeah!

train ride…

I was riding the train on night with a friend. We were chatting and then I noticed this girl standing in front of my friend. She looked familiar. She even caught me staring at her. I was embarrassed but something tells me that I know this girl. Then we got off the train. Just then did I remembered that she was my ex’s girl friend. She could’ve said “hi” to me. Haha, funny thought.

After I got sick (late last year) I promised myself not to stay later than 9pm in the office. Well, another promise broken. There were unexpected events that happened. I guess it was just how the universe would have it. I, being the senior member of the team had to step up. I almost reached that state which they call “burn out”. I probably was already in that state, hmmm. It was a whole lot of feelings altogether. But I think I’m ok now. Still struggling, but better.

An sms woke me up this afternoon. I just got an invite to have dinner. Wow! It’s been years since I last saw these girls. SHSit. I miss. Another good laugh with friends. It was just the three of us. For a moment, we became schoolgirls again. We had so much to catch up on and, yes, so little time. Rica’s kid is already six years old. Irene agreed to do interiors for my place. I, on the other hand, is still dusky, hehe… I miss them already… ‘til next time bellas…

long ride to Taysan…

Where’s the best tasting lomi found? I’m still in search of that. Some say it’s in Lipa, Batangas but u haven’t had a chance to try it there. Hmmm, Lomi…

On Thursday afternoon our team decided to visit Dadz and her family in their time of grief. It was supposed to be a quiet ride but it wasn’t. The four of us were excited. We prayed for a safe ride and that “quick” (oneal’s car) won’t let us down. For some reason we had so much fun. We talked about many things. Work, school, life, etc. we were kidding around, making a fool of ourselves and laughing our hearts out. J… It was a long ride to Taysan Batangas. We met some of Dadz’s family and friends. Losing a loved is never easy and I hope our visit somehow helped the family cope with it.
